The campus has a well-planned building having Lecture Halls, Seminar Halls, Lab facilities in all the departments along with lawns and shaded avenues
All the classrooms are equipped with adequate furniture & ventilation facilities.

| The field of Electronics & Communication Engineering is undergoing rapid changes and is pervasive in all other fields of engineering may it be aviation, transportation and travel, communication, video transmission and reception to name a few. The ever increasing demand for faster, reliable, cheaper efficient and global communication system is on the hallmarks of the 21 st century.The department of ECE has planned utilizing project based learning and incorporating multimedia presentations, guest lectures, workshops, Industrial tours, seminars and case studies in the curriculum help the students to acquire skills and equip them with relevant experience to meet the real life challenges. |

| These labs have been provided with all essential requisites of imparting practical training of Science subjects to the budding engineers. A sound base of Chemistry and Physics is a must for being a quality engineer. |

In Chemistry, for instance, everything required for the purpose of class room teaching and practical accomplishments is readily available in our Lab. There is no dearth of chemicals required for practical purposes. The Lab is well-equipped with all types of instruments required in a top-class engineering college. Besides, proper safety measures have been planned and accomplished, so that the students can carry out their work in an atmosphere of perfect security.

Equally well-equipped is our Physics Lab.It is rich in pertinent apparatus and has sufficient space for practical work.The Dark Room available in the Lab,is perfect in every respect.Our Physics Lab, has all the basic characteristics of an a-grade provision for all practical classes.

| Library Facility |
|
N.C.Institute Of Technology for library is a library with difference. With a collection of 1545 titles and 8026 books is a rich library to start with along with reprographic facilities and internet connection. The library is to be automated soon with a world class software which enables students to get maximum benefit of books in time.
The reading section of the Library is having a seating capacity of more than 300 seats. The world class environment for studying in the Library has been maintained

| NCIT Library |
| NCIT Library has also set up its Digital Library Section with 15 computer systems. This section of the library will be used by the readers for using the digital documentation and material available in the library collection and to connect to Internet for accessing online Journals. |

E-Library Facility / Electronic Resources
 Electronic Journals The NCIT Library, Panipat has subscribed to INDEST and IEEE Journals. Access to over 241 full-text electronic journals through the INDEST-AICTE Consortium can be had from the Library. Links to these full-text electronic journals are available through the user name and password in NCIT, Digital Library.

Library has also a digital library section, which has 10 computers and 746 CDs & Floppies. Library also provides Internet service to its users. All Computers in digital library have Internet connection for the users. And student can access all the online Journals in Digital Library section. In library on 2 Computers have OPAC facility.

| Library Rules |
| 1. |
Deposit your bags in the Security Counter Against Token and on Your Own Risk.
The Library will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable kept at Security Counter.

The Admission in the library is by Identity/Membership Card only.
|
| 3. |
Members are permitted to bring their personal books, not more than two, inside the library, provided those books are stamped and certified by the library official.
|
| 4. |
Books once Issued, should not be brought inside the Library, unless it is to be returned.
|
| 5. |
The borrowing facilities may be denied to a member who holds an over due book.
|
| 6. |
Members should check books physically before getting them issued.
|
| 7. |
Members are responsible for any damage caused by them to the books or any other property belonging to the library and shall be required to pay penalty imposed upon them by the Librarian.

| 8. |
The Members caught tearing pages/stealing of books will be suspended forthwith from using the library facilities and further disciplinary action will be initiated against them.
|
| 9. |
Please do not file books in the stacks after consultation all books should be left on the nearby table.

| 10. |
Please do not take any book out of the Reference Section without explicit permission.
|
| 11. |
Members leaving the Library should stop at the exit so that the material borrowed or taken out of the Library by them may be checked

The Librarian reserves the right to suspend the Library membership of any member found misbehaving, abusing the library staff or behaving in an indecent member.
